What this site is

This site explains Cadena’s back-office service. It is not an offer or a contract. Our work for clients is covered by a separate, signed Client Service Agreement. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

The free audit

The back-office audit is a free call. Booking one doesn’t commit you to anything.

Our guarantee

“10+ hours a week saved by day 30, or your next month is free” is part of the Client Service Agreement, with the conditions written there. In short: before we start, we measure your hours together, and the guarantee is a credit on your next monthly fee, not a refund of the setup fee. [Match this to the final agreement.]

This site shows no prices. You get a written price after the free audit, before you agree to anything.

You approve what goes out

Cadena prepares drafts for you to check. Drafts made with AI can contain mistakes, which is why nothing is sent, submitted or paid until you approve it. Once you approve an item, it is your act, as if you had sent it yourself. The Client Service Agreement sets out these rules in full.

• Cadena works with services we don’t own, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gmail (Google). Your use of them follows their terms.

• Links to other sites are there to help you. We don’t control those sites.

Our content

The words, design and pictures on this site belong to Cadena LLC. You are welcome to share links to it. Please don’t copy it for your own business.

No warranty for the site

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is.” We may change or remove anything on it at any time. As far as the law allows, Cadena is not liable for losses from using this site. This does not change anything in a signed Client Service Agreement.
